Some nice interactions I had with the locals with my limited Japanese:
- Chatted about good onsen etiquette with some kids who were practicing English
- Helped a nice auntie find her way to Parco at Shibuya
- Chatted with a clothing store salesman who said I would look good in ‘gyaruo’ style
normally i charge a premium on feet pics but i wanted to show off the captain pikachu socks i got at the pokémon centre
got another cd of my fave band from one of the vintage record shops in shibuya alas the one i want with a japan only release continues to elude me
