Last twelve months, I’ve dropped about 20kg, primarily by cutting out breakfast, and having berries, nuts, and Greek yoghurt for lunch. Dinner has remained similar size to before, but with a greater proportion of veg. It’s been pretty easy to maintain, but I do miss crisps.

Having just relistened to it, you’re right, other than the Rakim sample, I can’t place too many of the rest being used.
MARRS suffers from a lot of the vocal samples they used getting overused on every other similar track afterwards
Will keep an eye and ear out
Yeah, that’s how he came across on the forums too.
I knew his electro stuff, didn’t know he’d made techno too. I mostly know him as a poster on the old hip hop forums I used to frequent, and his Rap Records book.
I forgot he made music as well as collected it

I take it that you’ve seen the video of the guy walking his emu on a harness.
I broadly agree, though it’s probably the only album approaching house that I listen to regularly, along with the Nuyorican Soul.

This is the text message journalist David Maddox sent to No.10 Director of Communications Tim Allan.
They knew Mandelson was a security risk, had failed vetting, but appointed him anyway. Then they orchestrated a cover up; now firing the Foreign Office Perm Sec who wasn’t even in post at the time.

I watched Point Break for the first time whilst sat in A&E last month, and whilst I assume the circumstances may have coloured my judgement, it’s not a good film.
That’s the one. This series and the drum and bass selection on breakdown were proper solid compilations
There’s a remix of Murder Weapon by Echo Minott on one of this series, that I listened to endlessly back in the 90s. Might see if I can find a copy online as mine went missing years back.

I’m going to talk about digital advertising screens, which doesn’t sound exciting, but please bear with me.
I want to explain why I spend time objecting to so many of these.
