Oh god I'm completely hooked on Windrose and it's amazing crafting and building send help.
A second day of PIRATEY PIVOTIN' as we establish a more permanent and better fortified port of call, a Pirate Bay if you will.

And you didn't get water poisoning! Win win
I haven't seen this problem in a long time, someone has a thumb on the lens! π
Also let Robbie have a Captain Proton audiodrama series, like the old radio serials.
Grayscale image of the capsule under the parachutes, which look silvery. The capsule is glowing brilliantly along the bottom where the heat shield took the brunt of the atmospheric beating.
Love this shot. I think this is a thermal infrared camera, showing how the bottom of the capsule is still glowing due to its warmth after hypersonically ramming the atmosphere βΒ compressing a gas heats it up a LOT when you're moving at superorbital speeds.

Using all of their 2 hours required by NASA to get the crew out
Didn't help I realized what we essentially watched was a saucer separation into landing. Last time I saw that it wasn't so great for the Enterprise-D
I read more into that, it wasn't the issue people had been making it out to be. The heat shielding worked like it was supposed to, just ablated in an unexpected way that was able to be corrected in the manufacturing process.
During the blackout my heart was threatening to jackhammer it's way out of my chest
Yaaaaaay chutes
SPLASHDOWN CONFIRMED
WATCHING THE ARTEMIS II RE-ENTRY AND SPLASHDOWN

Just dawned on me... The Integrity is essentially 2 pieces, the crew module and the European Service Module... A saucer and engineering section. This is just gonna be saucer separation into landing. Now why is this familiar?
Is it wrong I can "read" the weather patterns on Earth from the Artemis 2 camera view right now?
It was, I saw them adjusting it on stream.
Depluralize a movie:
A Crow on the Orient Express
The Artemis 2 crew name a new crater on the moon after Reid Wiseman's wife Carroll.
One of the most beautiful videos youβll ever see π₯Ή
Moon joy is very infectious. Even if a jar of Nutella escapes containment
A jar of Nutella, it's containment breached.
And Youtube. It's been going 24/7 there.
Well for a test flight, nice to see the Nutella is working fine fine, even if it escaped containment...
Oh my gd, the Artemis II crew doing a parody of a bad 1980s sitcom intro from in space.

Since the toilets on Orion are a continuing topic of fascination, here's a thread about space toilets. It's not just about function - toilets are symbolic and social too, and raise issues of privacy and intimacy. This image shows how to use the Apollo Fecal Containment Device.

This is what social media is meant to be about.
Star Trek The Next Generation scene. Looks like we're on a gazebo or something, trees but also structure in background. Cut to an out of focus William Riker! He's shavenly standing and speaking mid-ponder. Closed caption reads, "What about plain old basic sex?"
4 panel comic style. First panel a splash crew shot for Star Trek: The Next Generation. Second panel showing an astronaut on the moon reading Neil Armstrong's words "That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind" in a stylized font. Third panel is a splash with the crew of Star Trek: Voyager. Final panel is a shot from Earth orbit looking at a crescent moon with the quote from the Artemis 2 mission commander "I have 2 versions of Outlook and neither of them are working"
Cartoon showing the Artemis II rocket launching, and rising above other missiles that are not launched towards the moon, but towards each other.

Not enough fighting for Penk to show up though.
General Shraan would like a word too
The song stays in my playlists for this reason.
