Nostalgia is a funny thing. It does sound more fun, but I was there, and DCA 1.0 was not great. I found an old video last year of me and my family in DCA two weeks after it opened and we were like “what is happening.” While I look back on it fondly now, at the time it was the tackiest experience 🙈

In addition to all the amazing work he did for Disney, Eddie Sotto designed the beloved Soap Box Racers at Knott’s. While looking for a photo of him, I stumbled upon his take on perfectionism, and it moved me to see how much he cared about the Guest experience. RIP Mr. Sotto, gone far too soon 💔

For Aulani, does anyone know what DVC studio category has the most amount of rooms? Is it Island Gardens, Pool Gardens, or another? I called DVC and they said they didn’t have that info, and Google hasn’t provided anything definitive so far
