BTW, your machine's specifications look impressive. 👍
2) I cannot recommend using the Cosmic Desktop Environment, as it is currently in the alpha stage, if I understand correctly.
I have no experience with System76 hardware, but I've heard that reinstalling a standard Pop!_OS distribution—without the NVIDIA drivers bundled—and then manually installing the GPU drivers might help. I'm not sure if this applies to a preinstalled OS, though.
What version of Sys76 desktop do you use?
Good job! My congrats!
Thank you. It felt really nice to be able to help.
Thank you for your comment. I use GUI Emacs on Windows; it runs perfectly---a bit slower than on Linux though. Agree, Git Bash is the most useful, I use it as a shell too.

TL;DR
Just a note. basedpyright doc claims "unlike pyright, using the basedpyright CLI doesn't require you to install nodeJS". Actually, pyright doesn't it as well.
Thanks for your comment. Haven't heard of basedpyright yet. I think it would be worth to try it out.
@peregrinator.site @sachachua.com As far as I can see the emacs.peregrinator.site site is built with Hugo 0.144.0. Please double check if index.xml is correct if you plan to add RSS to your site. You know I recently had some problems with RSS using the latest version of Hugo.
Thank you.

Hi JTR! Thanks a lot.
This image features a circular room with a domed ceiling painted with a dramatic, apocalyptic-style fresco depicting a large swirling scene of figures and activity centered around a glowing orb or sun in the sky. Below, there is a vast circular desk filled with piles of books, papers, and scattered electronic devices, such as laptops and monitors, creating a sense of chaos. A person is seated at the desk, seen from behind, surrounded by the mess. Superimposed text at the top reads "INIT.EL," and at the bottom, it says "ME," humorously illustrating a feeling of overwhelm and disorder in a workspace.
