my march 2026 reviews. first time in a while i mostly enjoyed my three favorite activities (playing video games, reading books, and listening to music). saw even more oscar nominees and took in a small amount of tv shows, stand-up, and local art and theatre 📝

this was the first year i made an effort to watch as many oscar nominees as i could. i saw all of them for every category i wanted to except international. much love to movies, the people who make them, theaters, and friends who see or talk about movies with me 💕 🎥

my february 2026 reviews. birthday month filled with so much science fiction. finished a book, watched a lot of oscar nominees and tv shows, played lego star wars, enjoyed local theatre and art, met one of my favorite comedians, and listened to amazing new music 📝

got to meet one of my favorite comedians (@cristela.bsky.social) last night at the amazing Brava in san francisco’s mission district. my latino heart was full after a really tough week 🇲🇽

fun fact: cristela and i are both from the rio grande valley in south texas, and we both say F#%K 🧊 and 🤡

celebrated [redacted] years on this planet with great people that made me feel seen, loved, and appreciated ♥️

ate argentinean steak and mexican pan dulce, rode the bus, received a mayoral birthday proclamation (they misspelled zillenial), and was declared the duke of downtown berkeley 👑

my january 2026 reviews. very poopy month, but am grateful for those in my life. played nostalgic games, watched great (and not so great) tv shows and movies, did great on reading, enjoyed live theatre, saw meh stand-up, and compiled a huge music backlog 📝
