Stellar Blade is such a blatant attempt to cash in on the success of Nier: Automata, and I think that's good proof of that honestly! The game is good on it's own though, but how do you make up for your own shortcomings othen than just hiring the dude who made fucking RE4?

SHIFT UP does seem to have a genuine desire to be in the single player space, so while I typically don't like acquisitions this does feel like a "better-than-most" kind of scenario.
