Mr Inbetween S2E4: Monsters. Heavy stuff man, heavy stuff. Jaysus, if I drank, this episode would make me indulge. That said it was also gorgeously shot, especially the lighting.

Mr Inbetween is fantastic. I had started it awhile back then chased something shiny, as one does. But Ive powered through 6 episodes so far and I'm hooked.

Ive seen Silence of the Lambs a ton of times, and I literally just noticed that towards the end, right before Starling rings his doorbell, Buffalo Bill grabs the revolver off the bed. The quilt had a swastika on it. How have I missed that all these years? Damn.

That movie really jumpstarted my love of fantasy. I remember being very young, watching it, quite upset over the fate of some of the characters. And dont get me started on the intensity of the fire scenes. I rewatched it last year and still loved it.

Listening to a podcast and a commercial popped up to bet on the upcoming state elections. Aye chat, are we cooked? As they say on the streets.

I loved the universe, the effects, the score and music, everything except the two leads. They just did nothing for me. I might watch it again to see if my opinion has changed though.

We only get takeout once a week, and its usually pizza. But, I splurged on Culver's tonight. Spent about double than I do on pizza but we will get 6ish meals out of it. Also, since Culver's is delicious, it was worth every penny.

99% of the time, I cannot remember my dreams. But, I just napped so hard I woke up confused, didnt know what day it was, who I was, nothing. Just woke up yelling and thrashing. WTF was my subconscious up to, damn.

A couple times a year typically, I listen to Neuromancer's audiobook as read by Arthur Addison. This is how I first experienced the book so whenever I listen to this version, its like a time machine to my youth. I'm due for a listen very soon.

I'm listening to 311 and Subline while watching NBA basketball. I stumbled into the 90s by accident. Now, if I only had those teenage knees back.

Hours and hours of my childhood right there. Such a fun game, especially back then.

I know its weird, but growing up poor gave me a complex about art supplies. I feel guilty using them, especially if its for a project that ultimately fails. This makes it very hard for me to take chances, thus holding me back from advancing.

Loved it despite its departure from the source mats. My only quibble is jaysus Gavin Rossdale sounded like he had a mouth full of turds when he tried to say "finger lickin good"
