I begged a friend for help because I’ve been in crisis for a few weeks (it’s why I haven’t been online).
His response? “No one is in crisis that long. Go to the hospital”.
Please don’t be this person. Chronically ill people can live weeks or months in crisis. The hospital doesn’t help. Support us.

My anxiety does this stupid thing now where my head feels fuzzy/pressure but no pain. So annoying 😞
I have to sometimes take a PRN to make it go away. I despise generalized anxiety. I have nothing to be anxious about but gosh I will be anxious. 😥
