Walking my dog in the fog just before sunrise, I felt like we were in a film noir scene.
I told a story to my youngest granddaughter’s class Friday. They were an adorable, attentive group.

So many of us are reeling, not knowing what we can do that will make a difference. If enough people go out and demonstrate, that can lead to change. I think that’s why Trump called out the National Guard in Los Angeles, to intimidate all of us. It’s a frightening time.
