Re: Impeachment articles. Introduce new ones Every. Single. Day. Force media coverage, due to ubiquity. Break through to people who aren't paying attention. Make targets (plural) of impeachment waste time defending their actions instead of setting sights on innocents (Canada, Greenland, etc.).
