While I am against using LLMs for alt text generation without context, they can be really helpful if you describe the image to ChatGPT (doesn't matter how unstructured it sounds ) and simply add, "Please convert my messy image description into good alt text."
It works well in most cases.

A lot more difficult to process it differently when you're high or dizzy.
