So, the power was actually stripped from Storm. Notice Storm isn’t flying or conjuring any weather phenomenon. But is only using Weapons. I think that gave it away.

However, the cool part is that Rogue cannot steal Storm’s Magic.

Yes, I would agree with this statement. The fact that Storm can “sense” and “feel” the Electromagnetic Field of Earth’s Atmosphere. Storm should have been manipulating Gravity A LONG TIME AGO. But unfortunately, the writers we had back then lacked Imagination. 😒
