Are there statistics that show the proportion of user-initiated and demonstrably useful calls on AI agents, in comparison to uninvited intrusions by AI on our workspaces? I've not seen anyone question why the first and only tactic has been to shoot to kill. Wouldn't it be more reasonable at least to try to board the boats, analyze the cargo, and question the crews? Less convenient—but not utterly corrupt morally.
