Shoutout to Unsplash! Remains my go-to stock image/reference image site. Have yet to see any GenAI and I really like the variation you can find in the models when looking for people poses :>
I am just... banging my head against the wall for forgetting that I did this, but also why forget the new source folder after moving all the materials? GAH!
the software moved everything and then forgot that it moved everything and now I have to finagle a way to make it move empty folders and then delete and rename them. All to save space on my main drive =.=
It is very old. Also I think I know what the problem is (I changed the materials folder, but the change did not take and I have to figure out how to fix it). So thankfully I know what it was, but the solution is still ellusive.
I literally have thousands on thousands of brushes and I can't just replace each individual one. I am going to f-ing lose it if all of my brushes are lost forever.
uh... I just updated Clip Studio Paint and all, literally ALL of my brushes, including locked ones and custom brush presets under "Brush Shape" in settings has been removed and replaced with the default Round brush. Anyone know why or how to fix this???
Some good news, fucking finally.

A badass artpiece of Nonshedo from Ghost Junk Sickness next to commission informational text which reads: Yoko's Comm Sheet Avatar: 20USD, buy 4, get 1 free (great for item icons or ttrpg party portraits) Sketch: 30USD, add a character + 20USD Portrait: 50USD, add a character + 30USD Illustration: 200USD, add a character + 80USD, add background + 100USD Contact: YWeaverDesign@gmail.com (or via DMs) Discounts for: Repeat Clients, TTRPGs, and if you give me visual reference of the exact pose you want. The whole image is very cool with sick purple, green, and pink vibes
Some further examples of commission types, in this case, Avatars and Sketches. We see an avatar of a cute girl, and places below her is a backgroundless floating blood orange with lil drips to make it both juicy and foreboding. On the sketches side are two sketches, one a bust of a guy lit by rimlight and the other is a fullbody depiction of a woman in a fancy dress with long curly locks and horns. Instead of lighting, this woman has a multicolor fill on her dress and transparent veils, providing contrast and shape to the overall composition of the piece.
More examples! What won't I draw!? First up is a long-eared disgruntled looking man, next to him is Yami from the comic Black Sunshine, who is wielding a knife. The picture to the right of Yami is a bust of a character named Cyrus, artfully cut off at the shoulders by ice and snow set atop a base for a figure, suggesting the illusion that he is a resin figure of some kind, but how preposterous! This is a drawing! What do you mean I can give this artist money and they'll draw my character as if they were a figure!? The next two pictures are a black and white picture of a four-armed cat girl (sorry, I don't remember her name!) and a random pic of a very pretty woman that I doodled one day. It's been like 20 years but I still really like this pic of her.
EVEN MORE EXAMPLES!? When will they end!? Now. They end after this because you can't upload more than four images on Bluesky. Sorry if I got your hopes up. First image is an artfight piece of the characters Catis and Nightshadow, owned by Rae who creates the comics Overlord of Ravenfell and On Empyrian High! Under that is a character sheet of an old DnD character of mine, her look is inspired by unicorns and bunnies. Next to that pic is another artfight piece of Eliana from the webcomic Princeling! And last but not least is a piece entitled Asphodel, depicting a skeleton girl wearing some kind of horned animal skull, dripping golden light from it's eye, that is also glowing from within her ribcage. It was created for the Death and Decay art zine!
After three years, commissions are OPEN!
Even if you can't afford to buy a comm, it really helps if you repost and let others in your social circles know. I also plan on twitch streaming again, so if you buy a comm, you can probably catch me stream/recording it! (unless asked not to, of course)

Mood. I can't work with anyone who gives me the "Just draw whatever." or worse, "What do you want to draw?"
Cause what I want to draw is my own OCs that you likely never heard of, so that's off the table.
The only "Artist choice" I thrive on is, "Here's my OC, make them an outfit, go nuts!"
sketched six and a half comic pages! Whoohoo!
A scarf (unfortunately I don’t have a finished pic of it), and an ongoing blanket edge for a Linus project blanket.
Octo hat
Baby blanket edges for some niblings, and a coin purse.
A gift for my mother
A lap blanket and an extra long scarf made for a friend
WIPs and a sampler to test how well the colors would look together
A gift for my grandmother
An infinity scarf and some sample swatches that happen to be cat sized
Even more WIP of the mosaic crochet blanket
More of the mosaic crochet blanket
A commission I took on, first time doing mosaic crochet.
Two gift shawls, and an ongoing project sampler blanket
Im awake and pleased with myself sooooo… gonna show off some crochet projects cuz I just finished one! (Further you scroll in the thread, the further back in time the project is)
I think the biggest damage to the art community was the obsolescence of gallery sites (y!, deviantart, etc) and the rise of scroll-by social media, like twitter and even tumblr. Art is not ''content'', you shouldnt need to post art every day (or every month!) to be relevant. This mindset sucks.
