I had a similar experience about 10 years ago riding in Chicago. I was nearly run off the road by a driver in a driving school car & I called the company to let them know and the woman who answered said it must've been the owner and I was so angry that a 🤡 like that was "teaching" people to drive.
Western is a terribly unfriendly road to ride a bike on (multiple lanes,car centric--no bike lane) which makes me wonder if the cyclist was on the sidewalk and the damn driver still managed to hit them as they lost control of the car and made a mess of that corner. 🤞 the cyclist pulls through.
10 bucks says he hates all the parts with women (~3 scenes) and considers it DEI or something and detracts from the film. Sigh.
My favorite is and always will be how shocked drivers are when a cyclist is in a bike lane and they almost hit the cyclist by crossing it or parking in it etc. A bike in a bike lane? What's next? Dogs in dog parks? Kids on a playground? Pedestrians on the sidewalk?

I agree. A lot of young men want to be accepted by other young men and don't/won't switch gears for connecting to women. Most males are raised to respect and idolize only other males so real connection with women is hard bc they've never been taught to see & respect women as they have other men.
