I had to make that decision Tuesday for my 17-year-old cat with kidney failure. But he was sitting on my lap getting chin skritches when the vet, who was on the floor with us, gently injected the drugs. He just fell asleep in my lap as his head leaned against my hand. So many tears. 😞

I felt smart for having put the Kindle app on it … but not smart enough to have actually downloaded any books. Sigh

I had a book emergency on the Grand Canyon train last week. (I only read ebooks.) I had planned to read on my phone, but my disabled son spent the whole ride watching the video of the train I shot on my phone the ENTIRE ride! I decided I would just use his mini iPad to read.

I consider Jesus to be a role model, not a deity.
