New study from Campbell, Kennedy, Miller, and @markusbrauer.bsky.social used a large RCT and found that incorporating an "Inclusivity Page" in college syllabi led to improved grades and measures of belonging among students from underrepresented groups: journals.sagepub.com/doi/full/10.....

Our last lab meeting of the semester was today! 3 of our RAs gave an impressive presentation on the use of the Everyday and Lifetime Discrimination Scales in the literature. They summarized important findings regarding marginalized groups and their experiences with discrimination. Bravo! #UWPsych
