DRC 05 RSV was rich, deeply savory but with a molé like sweetness. Krug 08 CdM like a planet destroying laser beam, far from cohesive maturity. Salon 96, absolute perfection, electricity…magic. Everything champagne could hope to be.

Staying my journey on here properly. Whole wheat sourdough, toasted in an herb compound butter, and filled with jumbo lump crab, Gruyère, and red chile cheddar. Served with two tone caviar.
