Okay so mostly just the raw amounts of data more than anything. So theyre probably either pulling resources from other contracts at a premium or paying bring in 3rd party resources to ease the burden. Is that about right?

Forgive my ignorance on this, but when you say it could cost hundreds of thousands, how does that happen? Is that just loss on potential sales as people go buy it elsewhere? Or is there some fee charged by payment processors for all the failed transaction attempts?
