It's frustrating to get triggered by things everyone around us seems to be handling just fine-- but it's real important we not overreact to the fact we're triggered or reflexively shame ourselves for it. Easy does it. We're working on it. Grace over guilt, & breathe.

As a regular non-influencer person, when it seems like the feed is piles of terrible sounding things, it cheers me to find other regular people I don't know and like their posts. It's a small consolation but reminds that there's shared humanity
