Dark, gritty, serious matter with dire consequences. Not the cartoony comic book drivel it would turn into, but real drama.
My memory served correctly; the older b&w episodes were much better. I can see why they had to lighten it up (for the kids!) but I hated the changes in the color version.
the series rolled over, going back to the black & white seasons, and WHAT A TONAL SHIFT. Tonight's episode had bad guys with guns talking about killing people, roughing up women, and tying them up to be killed by a professional hit man. Clark Kent yelling at a secretary for losing an important note.

Trying to implement classic turn-based "bump" attacks for my next "5-Minute Dungeon." I didn't have the time (or patience) to figure this out in my last dungeon so I kinda cheaped-out and made you stand in place while throwing projectiles at each other. Hopefully, this will be more engaging.
I've played against the CPU at least 10 times. Haven't been able to match with a human, yet.
