Please PLEASE let Dreamworks' FORGOTTEN ISLAND be a good film and make Pixar eat their words, also enough with the "boys can't enjoy girl movies" rhetoric

The boys that "can't" enjoy girl movies were taught & socialized to think that girl-focused movies are inferior and/or unrelatable to them

This infuriating attitude shows up on the bookshelves in learning environments, too. We expect girls to empathize with boys, but we kneecap every opportunity to let boys empathize with girls. And look where we are.
