we have passed the 100,000 word threshold. I'd been freaking out about how long this thing is, but then I saw another writer mention that his first draft of his novel topped out at 198,000 words and the second draft was down to 99,000, so that made me feel somewhat better
writing a novel is so crazy. like what do you mean, there are all these chapters that came before this one and I somehow wrote all of them?
