Today is National Sober Day, a day to recognize the beauty and freedom of living sober. Whether you’re taking your very first step or celebrating years of recovery, your journey matters. Let’s honour positivity, support, and the joy of a life lived fully present.

I’m not familiar with Sober Grid.
Congratulations! I’m 39 years today!
Thanks!
Today I celebrate 39 years of sobriety. The most important decision of my life, one that gave me a future I never imagined.
Grateful for those who stood with me in the beginning, and for everyone who’s walked this road with me since. One day at a time, it adds up and today it adds up to 39 years.
Today, my daughter Megan celebrates 6 years sober.
This medallion represents strength, growth, and the countless moments where she chose recovery, even when it was hard.
Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it.
Congratulations, Megan. You are living proof that recovery is possible—and beautiful. ❤️
This.

Air quality in the world. Toronto is Number 1!
I finally did it—I deleted X (formerly Twitter). The constant flood of toxic content was messing with my mental health. Even curating a feed focused on recovery became impossible. Online, “no outside issues” doesn’t seem to apply. I’m done with pornbots, scammers and done with that platform.
Sharing your struggles is sharing your strength.

Tough year? It felt like a decade.
Congratulations!
@soberempath.bsky.social I don’t spend enough time here. 🤣
Congrats!
Congratulations!
I have taken women I’m dating to meetings if they’ve shown an interest as they know it was an important part of my life at the time.
Between an angry ghost and a grieving widow you’ll find a happy medium.
Not the world, just the US. I have never paid for any medical services I’ve received in Canada. Not a penny, which we also don’t have.
I used to be the only Canadian on my team when I worked at Razorfish. I would take my PTO from Wednesday onwards just like the rest of my teammates.
