I also didn't care for the perspective shift at the end.

The last few chapters, however, had me crying, laughing, and STRESSING so bad. I loved the dynamics between the dragons and other creatures throughout the entire book and desperately need more dragon. Excited bc I hear there's tons next book

Overall I really liked it and am mad it took me SO LONG to read despite it living in my recommended reads for what felt like years. There were some moments that felt like I was forcing myself through it, but the pacing was fairly good otherwise...

Is it possible to surgically remove despair? Asking for all of humanity.
