I'm currently tweaking some ggplots to make them pretty & readable and this is most definitely the most productive ChatGPT use case in my daily work.
I know what I want, I can articulate it in natural language, I can check whether the output is right.

Really wish some of the conversation around protecting higher ed focused on local, public colleges and universities that most students attend and that communities really value. I think we’d discover that support for higher ed is much stronger than we’re led to believe.

12 members of Fernanda Ferreira's lab posing in front of a UC Davis sign/half-wall on a beautiful November early afternoon. The photo is a mixture of black jackets, pink overalls, folded arms, blonde, red, brown, and black hair, and smiling faces.

Connecting Scalar and Matrix Notation in OLS Regression – josue rodriguez I go over OLS regression in matrix notation, and show how it connects to the scalar notation of OLS regression.

Have you ever wondered why the "normal" OLS regression formulas and the matrix notation give the same estimates? I realized I’d never seen it explained, so I dug in and wrote about it. If you're curious too, you can check out my post: josue-rodriguez.github.io/posts/2024-1...
