Dr Christine Peters, a consultant microbiologist, repeatedly warned that conditions at the hospital were unsafe - especially for immunocompromised patients.

Have you seen the new Dawn French “comedy” series that implies that infection control is a joke?

This is a serious issue, particularly for Clinically Vulnerable people who remain at increased risk, and we are not laughing.

Really not funny as people continue to be hospitalised from COVID and suffer post infection risks like blood clots, heart damage. How did we get to a place where the European Society of Cardiologists acknowledges that heart damage is becoming ‘more common’ due to COVID and still there is no 🧵

If you can please complain about this as it directly affects people like myself who are clinically vulnerable & have to take protective measures if we go anywhere near public life as airborne viruses are actually a threat to our life. Lifes hard enough without being mocked by unfunny tv programmes.

"Clinical Vulnerability" needs to mentioned in terms of flexibility.

It would be helpful to name that much more clearly.

It should be explicitly mentioned in connection with a proactively supportive approach on the part of schools for the child or the family.
