Just before sunset at Black Head, on last night’s long run.

People don’t talk enough about how great this record is!
I’m expecting a phone call from it this weekend!
These are glorious. 🙌🏻
Email from BT explaining that the Sennen kiosk will be repaired.
@lakesstiles.bsky.social is still very active thankfully! And I was pleased to hear this morning that the Sennen kiosk is going to be repaired.

Of all my modest running achievements, becoming the ‘legend of dog shit alley’ surely ranks high above them all.

Reef structures built by honeycomb worms on coastal rocks in Cornwall.
This blew my mind today. Reefs built by honeycomb worms. Zoom in and you can see every grain of sand placed with precision. Just incredible. #Cornwall
Be quick. Only 31 places left.
For any Cornish runners, or if you fancy driving further for a 10k, my gig club puts on this event most years. It’s a fairly flat & fast, but quite an interesting route, being on the private clay road and through the damp and drippy Pinnock Tunnel. Always sells out. People love it.
I’ll do a chunk of the Fowey/St Austell Bay area! 🙋🏻♂️

West Penwith coastal hike, day 2. St Just - St Ives. My favourite stretch of coast. Nice not to be running it for a change! But still hard work. The pasty and coffee in St Ives was monumental!
Perfect weather! Round here is my favourite part of Cornwall for walking and running. Just love the landscape and history. And yes, the section from Cape Cornwall to St Ives is probably the best (and toughest!) of the lot. Picked a good weekend for a long hike!

Day 1 of my West Penwith coastal hike. Nearly 25 miles today… Penzance to St Just. Truly stunning day out on the coast path!

Cold. But it’s never tough getting out of bed on a morning like this. #Cornwall #gigrowing
Brilliant announcement! One of their best line-ups in years.
This is an awesome round of announcements! Well done EOTR! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Good job I’ve got a few of those Freeserve discs off the counter at Dixons.
Does this mean I finally have to admit the 90s are over?

A bit more luck with aurora spotting tonight!
Completely agree, and have filed a complaint to the BBC. Obviously won’t help, but I guess we have to do what we can.
Superb!!
Not that I remember seeing…
Mining. It’s an incredible place. Loads of industrial remnants, but a stunning valley that nature has reclaimed over decades.
