Industry plant discussions are always so dumb to me because nobody is forcing you to LIKE something. Sure you might get exposed to it more, but if you only like something because other people do, well that’s pathetic…

Plus they’re not even that big, people are acting like they are dominating charts and shit.

It just doesn’t make sense to me. They’re acting like the record label was somehow forcing people to like them, instead of you know, just pushing them to a bigger audience and people started liking them because they make really great music. I’m tired of the discourse around them. 🙄

Cameron and the band are just playing their music and their record label was helping them become more popular. How is someone hearing their songs and checking them out some kind of manipulation? Nobody is forcing anybody to like something.
