Science says we if we are going to one time all year round it should be Standard time not Daylight Savings time.

It's a mistake for BC to go to Permanent Daylight Savings Time. Permanent Standard Time would be healthier and safer. Won't get light till 9:00 a.m. in December and it will be very difficult for kids to get to school in the dark, etc...
