I JUST picked up a physical notepad and planner at the store last night for the same reasons! Like, I appreciate the convenience of my calendar and notes apps, but I forget things so easily, even with the widgets on my main screen. So I think moving back to analog will help me, too.

For all it’s worth, as I’ve come to terms with the ins and outs of how my AuDHD works for me (in adulthood), it sounds silly, but finding books (inc. classics) in a manga or comic book style is a great tool to making books more accessible. I say this in hopes that it can be helpful.
