She doesn't really act like someone who suffers from amnesia. She certainly seems very competent from the get go, and highly perceptive considering she detected the presence of a Starless long before it appeared.

The NY4-U camo is so cute! It's even animated. 🥰

It makes for some pretty funny scenes with talis poses.

My verdict is... that was pretty great~! 😄💕

I felt intrigued and it's been a while since I felt that way.

I only wish the wait times between story content wasn't so long, because it flowed quite nicely from the previous update.

Before I go on further, I will say that previous story update with Hibana, and checking in on the rest of our Halpha friends was GOOD! 👏 One of the better parts.

But, due to the severely long wait, I can understand why it'd feel lacking.

Otherwise, honestly it was decent.

Aina is no thoughts head empty as usual, and Casra, is...

I've noticed I like these overworld non-cutscene bits a lot better than the animated ones.

The dialogue gets a chance to shine without awkward staring and stiff animations.

(Not the action cutscenes, those are still cool.)

The little interaction between Manon and Meri is quite nice actually. Manon picking up a new skill like cooking, and establishing a friendship with Meri.

Actually feels like these shorter overworld stories tie in smoothly as the player goes from place to place.

Despite Aina and Manon being the main characters of NGS, I actually feel that Crawford and Glen have pretty consistent character development as we learn about their lives.

It's been nice to learn more about the childhood trio!

It's incredibly frustrating to be geared similarly to your peers and still fall short because of such low DPS.

I'll push through, even if it's automatically a struggle run. :)

Verdict for the difficulty against Talis (UQ version):
Easier than Solus, not as difficult as Vael.
Some Extra Duels are harder.

I'm sad seeing my 18k DPS on a weak point (curse you, Long Ranged Advantage... on solo fights with inevitable aggro.)
