Stalking victims to be given right to know abuser's identity - BBC News Victims will be told the identity of online perpetrators at the earliest opportunity, under the new reforms.

This is good news. Unbelievable that a stalker’s ID could be kept from the victim in the first place. However it doesn’t address the major issue of the police not investigating these crimes properly or at all.

A known dangerous repeat offender. They need to be on a register. All new partners warned through Clare’s Law. This was an 8 stages homicide.
