In the top panel, Tattoo Lady is seen taking off a welding outfit, a dialogue bubble says 'I'm back. Oh man, that smells good.' A vaguely nondescript person wearing glasses (You), is seen cooking something and saying 'It's all for you, you better finish it all!'. In a nearby thought bubble, they're thinking 'once she's full, she'll be all flustered... and i can be on top!' In the main image, Tattoo is pressing her full stomach against the person's face, she's saying 'This is what you wanted, right? I'll play along...'
