Guess it depends on the goal? Doing heavy sets it’s probably better to do less sets/reps, but if it’s light weight, a middle ground of 3-5 sets of 15-20 reps should help avoid getting too sore.

Yeah, it’s pretty much the theory. personally, I’ve noticed people post covid, have some pretty bad hand eye coordination, mix that with the brain fog/ short attention spans, and I’ve seen or had, multiple close calls weekly for the past five years.

Maybe it’s because the whole movie sucked, it’s a shitty person, being shitty for 2 1/2 hours and when you actually have to give a private vote on it, everyone agreed that it sucked.

It’s sounds stupid to say out loud but it’s absolutely correct. It’s black and white and very long and intricate, it well never be seen as the art, that past generations know it to be, color/shorter run time, goes a long way unfortunately.

I went through and added up the total paid rents through our adopt-a-rent program, and it is 329 families for $463,217. All peer-to-peer, no fundraising. Just neighbors helping each other out.

If you want to adopt a family, and can afford to give $500 or more, signal me at asiniiwiikwe.72
