Absolutely love this year’s releases , first question ,
will the figure set boxes be coloured coded for each era ? And second question on the yeti how tall is is compared to the 5 inch figure range and how easy is it going to be to put the different pieces together?

I love that this is such a visual walk down to the history of the Cybermen. My favorites remain my favorites... But this has helped me appreciate some of the others more.

I always loved the original ones. they were very unnerving. you could see the humans there that are more robotic and emotionless. Newest ones for me are too close to simply being robots.
I’ve a soft spot for the 80s design but the originals are a close second. The Cybus era were just marauding robots and missed the body horror. I quite like the redesign for Jodie’s era but they still felt too robotic.
I'm tempted to say the Warrior Cybermen from Ascension of the... (they're a gorgeous blend of several). But the winner is 10th Planet. Especially the way they're brought back in World Enough & Time. Simultaneity, a costume your mother made out of cardboard, and a terrifying threat. A '60s ❤️ letter.

@whoc2c.bsky.social what direction should Doctor Who take? Honestly, I'd like something like Jon Pertwee's first season; the Doctor is Earth-bound, acting as scientific advisor to someone. Could be modern or historical. The Rani's returned and has stolen a vital TARDIS part? Zygons Invasion?
@whoc2c.bsky.social You know, I still really want a Clara and Me mini-series set in their diner. DS9 of Doctor Who. Maybe a few others: a mischievous Zygon, a robot butler named Chrichton, and Eddie Izzard who sits quietly in the back doing paperwork for some reason. (always in the background.)
