Incredible film!

Holy shit, Sinners is the best film so far this year. The trailer doesn’t do it justice, it’s much more sophisticated and clever and artistic than you’d expect. The actors nailed it and the music was perfection!!

My opinion might change on a rewatch, but as of right now I think Lux was a pretty good episode!

The Doctor takes it in his stride and says that until then, he lives in the world and shines. Regardless of whether or not he’s accepted there.

The way The Fifteenth Doctor casually brushed off the fact that the diner they’re in is segregated and doesn’t allow black people, damn.

Simply put, but a nice attitude to have and it suits his character.

But it’s great! I’m really, really hoping this isn’t a one off and that this will be a continuous theme. It makes Belinda refreshing as a companion and it gives new layers to Ncuti’s Doctor. I can’t say for sure yet, but 15 might be darker than we realise!

The best book I ever read was Pigeon English, which is based on a true story. So to any book lovers out there I’d highly recommend that!

Also, it may have been a coincidence in timing but airing this just a few months after the BLM riots was so bold.

Possibly the best Troughton scene, I like this Doctor’s approach to grieving family members. It’s also sweet that Victoria didn’t want to wake him up because she’s aware how old he is, and assumed he’d need extra rest. ❤️
