Shelfie's been hitching a ride on our #MobileLibrary! An elf could get to the far reaches of #Cornwall that way. Our mobile library serves hard to reach & rural areas, taking the library out into the community for those who can't get to one of our library buildings. Now, where did that elf hop off?
