Finally got insurance to flinch and am back on heart meds that actually work. it'll be anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks to fully even out again but my pulse and bp are already coming back down

It has been such a long and all-consuming and painful fight to manage heart failure over the past several years, fighting to claw back any percent in functionality I could, and god dammit I will not lose it all in a few weeks due to corporate greed.

Still have not heard a goddamn thing from my pharmacy or insurance about getting back onto brand name Entresto despite my cardiologist filing for medical necessity after shitty generics made my vitals and physical health go to shit immediately. currently unable to sleep, all HF symptoms returning.

Currently trying to get a medical necessity waiver to get insurance to cover name brand again because I genuinely have not felt this shitty since I was literally dying about a month before my diagnosis and everything about the replacement reeks of corner cutting and zero quality control.

Has anyone (or a friend/family member) had a negative experience with the Entresto generics (Sacubitril/Valsartan), my insurance forced me onto the generics recently and all of my more severe heart failure symptoms have immediately crept back in some way and my resting pulse has skyrocketed on them.
