HONESTY. INTEGRITY. DECENCY.
#June14th-ObamaAppreciationDay
Color photo of a white lily blossom, overlaid with a black skull and cross bones and text that reads “no lilies for kitties”.
It's time to start reminding people: LILIES ARE DEADLY FOR CATS. The leaves, the petals, the stem, even drinking a bit of vase water or licking a few grains of pollen from their fur can cause fatal kidney failure. ⚠️ www.fda.gov/animal-veter...
“Did it work? Anyone? Anyone know the effects? It did not work”
I can concur, it's definitely a smile. Turns out all Mona needed was a cat.

Orange and white cat with photoshopped cigarette, whiskey, glass, and beret. Text reads, "The cat, he weeps. Where is precious goghurt, delicious treat, his only relief, sweet sweet tuna paste? Betrayed."

In Canada, it’s probably going to be Carney vs Poilievre for Prime Minister, in a time of unprecedented economic and sovereignty threats from Trump.
Carney hasn’t been a politician, and is one of the most experienced and respected economic experts in the world, known for intelligence & integrity.
Oh Canada! 🇨🇦
Perfectly captured.
Seems like a really good day for Canadian media to stop letting Pierre Poilievre off the hook for not getting (or not being able to get) the same normal security clearance that everyone else in similar positions has always gotten.
In today’s unprecedented dangerous context, that’s a huge red flag.
I love how the rest of the world has conversion factors like "tonnes of X per tonne of Y" but in the US it's like "imperial farthings per short cubit" & you need to consult a bunch of websites to find conversion factors of those to tonnes & hope you don't ever multiply/divide in the wrong direction

Paris street filled with people eating outdoors supporting street-fronting restaurants.
To ensure cars didn’t just take back control of Paris streets as the pandemic was “ending,” (like they have in so many cities), Mayor @annehidalgo.bsky.social made sure that 60k parking spaces and many streets were permanently transformed with seating for restaurants, people places and bike-lanes.
Apparently insurrection is actually a crime in some countries.
VW or Audi
There's room for a subwoofer in that spare.
This was about my own feelings and choices, why are people so mad at my boy? They just wanted a better life for themself, blame the first Homos instead.💀

Kennedy speaking at his inauguration, looking young and vital.
Jan 20, 1961. A blizzard the day before. Temperatures well below freezing. Without a coat or hat, JFK gave a speech we still quote today. Robert Frost, 86, recited a poem. Steinbeck and Hemingway and Rothko were among the VIPs. A million people gathered in the cold to hear it.
This is the precedent.
Biden's farewell speech to the military: "Let me close with a final request. I say it not as your president or commander in chief. I say it as a man who spent 50 years of his life serving his country in a different way. Remember your oath."
