People constantly claim that Solar Panels will 'destroy farmland'.
But actually the opposite is true, in many parts of the world the shade and trapped moisture Solar Panels provide allow MORE crops to grow, even though a large percentage of Solar Panels is covering the land.
Palm oil is the leading cause of orangutan decline and affects 193 threatened species worldwide.
The government cannot ignore this. Stronger action is urgently needed.
