You can. Any member of the House can force a vote on impeachment via Rule IX, because it's a question of the privileges of the House. There is no rule saying a member of the House can't vote to impeach someone in their own party, and several GOP Representatives have in fact already done so.

After the first impeachment, he lost the White House. After the second impeachment, Democrats performed better than expected in the midterms. More importantly, if nobody even tries to impeach him, most people will just think that he hasn't done anything impeachable, which he definitely has.

Lazy people who don't want to do something, always claim that it can't be done.
