Just been listening to this disc. A prilege to play with Mark Knoop in this beautiful piece, whose musicality and pianism is second to none

I go to Huddersfield tomorrow for the opening concert of the festival. Which is a bit weird as it’s the first time I’ve been back for a couple years. Promises to be a great programme with new works by Rytis Mazulis and Bryn Harrison played by the Explore Ensemble
Listening toCage’s orchestral music I realise I smile an awful lot
Preceded by a fantastic afternoon featuring a visit from Steve Chase, Heather Roche, and Laurence Crane
