Happy to share the ProRIDE trial publication, published in Lancet Global Health 2 days ago. Use of probiotics did not reduce mortality or hospitalization, but reduced carriage of antibiotic-resistant bacteria.

Not sure about practice in all Norwegian NICUs, but from 30 weeks I think most aim for enteral feeds only from day 1
