OKAY UPDATE
I finally went to see a specialist yesterday and it's indeed arthritis as expected.
Got a new medicinal brace and exercises for pain management, but other than that... Not much that can be done I'm afraid. 🙃 Guess I just "gotta be careful". Life is great, y'all ✌️

It's tension headaches mostly BUT they can come with premium migraine symptoms as well if left unmanaged which is probably what's been happening to me :'3 Just a fun fun fun experience all around

Taking 1HP damage each second as I try to limit my ibuprofen usage :(
