What is a solid entry level portable microphone for recording foley and other such things? Maybe some accompanying tools you wouldn't guess out of the box?

sorry the halo CE remake looks sweet as hell. looks great, gameplay seems like it fits the spirit of the original, and CE's multiplayer is awful anyways I'd rather they not bother. I'd get the outrage about that if this were a halo 2 remake though, sure
