Asked if there's been any talk on Nikishin's next contract, Tulsky said it's something they don't want to bog players down with at this time of year.
"We've talked to them throughout the year. ... If someone came to us today and asked us to get it done, we'd get it done."
Tulsky also said the team spends a lot of time going over all of the different challenges around the league and they as a staff feel very prepared for most any situation in regard to challenges.
Tulsky: "It's a hard league to officiate. The game happens really fast and we have replays to fix things when there's mistakes. I know the offside one was tough for people. They're always pretty strict on those control plays and what control means."

Martinook on the emotions of the game: "I didn't feel very good about myself after that penalty shot. The intermission felt really long. That was cool though. I'm happy it worked out that way.
