After % cuts from Ko-fi and their payment processors I’ve earned $128 to put towards my college tuition and that’s wicked!! I’m excited to work on the commissions and have more anthro art in my portfolio

Ko-fi and the platforms I use through it, PayPal & Stripe, also take a % from all earnings; so putting the default currency as USD helps offset these losses and makes it easier to meet my goal in CAD through currency conversion

Question: do we still have any of those cool tools out there for "poisoning the well" when it comes to preventing genAI training on our art? I remember this being a thing a year or two ago I had heard about in some artist circles, just wondering if anyone has any recs because it still sounds useful!

A quick note for anyone who may be curious: I charge in USD for commissions as many of my clients historically have been from the US or other countries with a currency that is much stronger than CAD! This is also why I offer etransfer options for fellow Canadians since our dollar is weak (1/2)
