After this dudes THIRD mention of having other applicants but “still being willing to work with us” if we hurried up and leased the place, I told him to just go ahead and proceed with those applicants. Too many red flags.

The yard is trashed and it still needs repairs before it’s move in ready. They’ve had six months to fix the place up and just haven’t bothered, and trying to rush their only prospective tenants to sign a lease is such a red flag. Lmao, immediately no.
